We had an amazing experience with Jay and Fred. They were both very knowledgeable and I appreciated how quick they were able to get to us. We had two exterior door knobs replaced and a deadbolt installed. I thought pricing was fair and they were in and out! Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely the best, when I was in college and working at Starbucks he came out to help me get into my car twice in one day and took time to go above and beyond. Something I think about often and it was over a decade ago. It's good to see he's been providing great customer service ever since. Highly recommend.

My wife and I purchased our first home and we were looking to change out all the locks on the house. My wife found A-Tri-County Lock through the internet and let me say I'm so glad she did!
Fred came to our place in sub-zero weather and worked so diligently and passionately that you would have thought it was a sunny Spring day! He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and gave us a ton of insights on locks, security and overall house welfare. He went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I were thoroughly satisfied with his work product - which I can say we DEFINITELY were!
