My daughter is new to the area. While waiting on a call back from a plumber in Galion, we called Kirby Plumbing and Heating. Got a call back within an hour. Jason came and fixed 3/4 of the multiple plumbing issues the next day. The only reason he couldn't complete all of it at the time was because we added an additional issue to his already long list! Came back 5 days later and fixed the last issue. The repairs were very affordable (under what we anticipated and budgeted for, in fact) and he was friendly, professional and polite. We will absolutely call again and recommended him to family in the area. Wish we didn't live 2 hours away or we would use him as well!!

Our water heater suddenly sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. We shut off the hot water and called Kirby Plumbing, which we've used for plumbing and heating issues for years.Jason (Kirby) came out within an hour to assess the situation and the new heater was installed within 24 hours.The bill came in at about 30% under the estimate! And the work and installation are of the uppermost quality-- as usual. We are very happy.Thank you, Jason, and Kirby Plumbing. You will have our business in the future. Jason returned our call and offered help when all others had turned us away. It turned out to be a simple fix and he was done sooner than anticipated. Kirby plumbing was the only plumbing service to be able to offer us any help at all. Thank you Jason, even though you were booked with other jobs you gave us the time and effort to see what you could do. Your service is much appreciated. A small town business that we will surely call upon if needed again!
