While some minor issues with child chatter may arise, the owner is apologetic and responsive. Overall, the shop provides excellent haircuts, including for those with sensitive hair concerns.

Colton is hands down the best barber we’ve found. He cuts my husband’s hair and both of my sons’, and always manages to nail each of their completely different styles every single time.

Highly recommend Colton to anyone looking for a barber who truly knows what he’s doing!

I walked in and there was a kid screaming in the barber chair. He screamed nearly the entire time I was there. The shop owner said this is typical for kids when getting their haircut. Yikes!
#1 I’m glad I don’t have to make a living cutting kid’s hair.
#2 The barber was very professional, gracious and patient. Despite the kids protest the barber did a great job! I’m certain he didn’t charge enough for his work.
#3 I’m so thankful my kids didn’t behave this way at the barber.
#4 Kids who behave in this way should be restricted to haircuts in certain hours as to not run off the business of other customers.

Looking forward to my haircut this morning with Josh at Ed’s Barber Shop in Crestline. I’m writing this review prior to my haircut because I know what I can expect. Josh is an excellent barber and runs a professional business. The scheduling process is flawless and efficient. I know when I see Josh I’m gonna here the “good news” with Crestline, Galion, family and work. Great guy with a positive outlook and a desire to serve his communities.
