I wanted to let you know that since you and John came through to rebalance the airflow, the AC has been incredible. I was really impressed by how thorough your process was—taking the time to measure the room volumes and calculate the exact airflow needed. The cooling issues in my upstairs bedroom and office are totally resolved. Even with a full week of hot weather, I haven't had to use my ceiling or tower fans to sleep comfortably like I used to.

I had an Elite Climate Control technician come to take a look at my unit last month and I could not be more impressed and happy with the outcome! First, he diagnosed the issue and saved me thousands that the home warranty company quoted to me. Second, he fixed a screw up from another technician from the same home warranty company (which by the way, don’t sign up with select home warranty).
