Absolutely the BEST customer service. Kind, polite, and courteous every time. The truck drivers and front end loader operators are nearly surgeons. I have ordered a lot of stone from them, and had it often delivered to tough to navigate situations. This is the only place I will get mulch from now as well.
I opened my account with Simak trucking in 1993 they are Very professional and personable I have never had a negative experience with them. From the office to the drivers they are the best !!
I have been going to Simak for the last 12 years. I think the world of these folks and they are always super friendly and go way beyond. I'm just a residential owner not a commercial customer and they even sent me a Christmas card one year. That's not to say that they have time to be sending Christmas cards to everybody, I just said that because that's the kind of people they are. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy and they always deliver a good product at a fair price. My wife thinks so much of them she has made baked goods that she knows they have liked in the past in order to show her appreciation for all their kindness.... read full review
