My regular place closed, so I tried Jim's on a whim. Went in homeless looking, came out presentable, even if still homely. Good conversation, good attention to detail. I was a little short on time so I didnt go in for a line up or anything, but I will eventually.

Perfect place for me. You typically have to wait and they don't take appointments, but that's part of the allure for me. Good old fashioned men's barber shop. I wouldn't think of going any where else. Almost hate to give it a high rating as part of me wants to keep the place to myself.

Pity to drive so far, however, it's worth the drive. Jim's small town shop churnes out a fine cut. Worth the wait as it's a walk in shop, so wait your turn!
Nothing has changed and that is good. Jim is a artist at $20 a pop.
