Blue Knight is our go to for carpet cleaning in our family. They have been cleaning my parents’ and my carpet for over 15 years. We have pets and the carpets always look amazing after a Blue Knight appointment. The owner is friendly and customer service is always outstanding. We have been using Blue Knight Carpet Cleaning for over 10 years! From little ones having accidents to just needing a refresh, Blue Knight has been there to help with all our cleaning needs! I was happy when I found out they do much more than carpet. I’ve had my large area rugs, tile floors, couches and chairs all cleaned as well! We had a very unfortunate sick dog incident about 5 hrs before a holiday party. For such a little dog, it is amazing how much diarrhea she produced in such tactically important areas of our home. Suffice it to say that we didn’t have much hope of getting any service last minute, let alone hope of said service being able to cope with the mess on our sofa and carpet.Amazingly, Blueknight was able to fit us in. Even more amazing was the fact that they were able to make the carpet and sofa presentable to a house full of guests. They were also friendly and in a good humor, even for the horrific job we dumped on them—pun intended.Great company. Would obviously highly recommend.Below...read full review
