I am very pleased with all of the services that I have received at Mentor Plastic Surgery & Medspa! Dr. Vanek surgically removed two different types of Skin cancer that I recently had. I also see Carli and the other girls for skin care maintenance. (BBL, Moxie, Skin Tyte, Vivace, etc.) I get compliments I highly recommend coming here for all of your skin care concerns!

I joined and purchased the monthly membership. Can’t wait to go back. Very relaxing, clean environment. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Sherry who did my massage was great and communicated very well with everything. I can’t wait to go back to her for another massage.

My dog had her checkup shots and teeth cleaned. She required 2 teeth to be extracted. The doctor called twice during the procedure to inform me of her progress and to get my permission. They truly care about animals. My dog was fine afterwards and they also followed up the next day to check on her. She's been seeing Dr. MOSSER and the other vets in the practice for 4 years.
My husband was at this facility for stroke recovery, all I can say is it’s 5 stars all around. Excellent care, a wonderful staff, good food, clean room! Everyone was so nice. Thank you for his care, I would recommend this great place to anyone!
I had such a great experience at this office! Autumn made scheduling super easy and stress free with my busy schedule. Julianna, the hygienist was amazing, super gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the cleaning. You can really tell the whole office really cares about their patients.
