“About 3 months ago I got lash extensions for the first time. A friend had recommended someone she was using in Lancaster Ohio so that's where I started. My experience was horrible. The lashes were hard and stiff felt more like wire than anything else. My friend started having problems with hers right after I got mine put on and chose to have them removed. She was left with NOTHING all of her natural lashes were GONE! I was in complete panic mode looking to find someone to help me not suffer the same fate. I stumbled onto Michelle. She has a lovely loft that is comfortable and tastefully decorated. She is as sweet as she could possibley be and AMAZING at what she does!! She removed the miserable lashes I had on with minimal damage and set me up with a gorgeous new set that felt soft and looked stunning!!
