Katy creates an incredible experience for her clients. She provides a full complementary consultation prior to beginning to work with your hair (at every appointment) and ensures you're needs/wants are being met throughout each step of the process. I really admire her desire to ensure she is on the same page as her clients and how she sets realistic expectations and is always transparent.
