Stephanie was knowledgeable, helpful, so very honest and kind. She calmed me down when I was panicked about the house, provided solutions and couldn’t have done it with more grace and class. I will absolutely be recommending them to any family and friends in the future!

Our washing machine on the 2nd floor of our house broke causing water to spill all over the laundry room floor, dripping down into the garage, living room and basement. Waymakers were there in just over and hour to help us get the process of drying out started. They were kind, patient and worked through the process of clean up for us….even helping with some insurance issues/concerns. I felt like I was a person who they cared about during the process and not just a number or quota they needed to fill. I hope I won’t ever need them again, but if so do they are the only people I will call and will recommend to others.

Waymakers Restoration is amazing! Seriously, we have been so impressed! So conscientious, kind, professional, polite, respectful…I could go on and on. I’m so glad we could use this company for this experience…an hour of water being dumped into our finished basement due a faulty sump pump & backup system. They created a calming effect over the entire process ? I would highly recommend Waymakers Restoration (and do) if you have a water issue like this, or fire or mold, etc. It’s been one of the best experiences in an unfortunate situation. And the owner is a woman who is very giving!
