Kendra was so amazing! I was in desperate need of a trim and she was able to get me in last minute! So personable, passionate about healthy hair! I will definitely be returning for additional services!

I wish I could attach a picture of what I asked for vs what I got. If u want braids she may can do it. Just not crochets cuz they fall out the next day. I asked for a short molded style and it was a hit job! I told her I didnt like her, she said she would fix upon her return. I had to reach out again and was told to schedule myself. Her schedule is so limited that I needed to schedule a month out for her to fix the problem. And that was unacceptable. Her customer service is horrible and unprofessional. She doesnt answer texts til days later. This had been an awful experience
