This place is horrible and for it to be attached to 1 of only 2 insurances that I can choose from is depressing. Do better Aetna stop giving your patients the shaft. Will be changing soon.

From a providers standpoint, VSP is the worst insurance to have. Its hard to talk to someone, its hard to get patient eligibility information and the customer service is rude and sucks. This been a problem for the last couple of years, and talking my owner out of taking this insurance anymore. Sorry Walmart employee!!!! I would give NO stars!!!!

I have VSP Vision insurance so my eye doctor had to send my prescription to VSP's Lab. My order was placed December 8th 2022 and I was told my glasses would be back before Christmas. Today is January 4th 2023 and I still don't have them!!! There are places that make glasses in 1 hour , so why is it taking VSP 1 month to make mine???
