It Is the best shelter in the city of Columbus. It only takes ACTIVE DUTY SERVED MILITARY MEMBERS.The showers+bathroom combination for the people who live here constantly has a sewer smell no matter how many times you wash it.Wifi is goodTv is goodFood is goodSome case managers and monitors that work here need to find other forms of employment as some have abused their position of "power" and bullied the homeless veterans seeking help. Some monitors, chef's and other employees go above and being the call of duty and deserve to be awarded for their attitudes and commitment to the job.Luara, Nick, Mrs. E, Mrs. Sherry, Issac, Karen, Mrs. Lawana, Clark, Joseph, Ryan and (all other kitchen staff)I've been here since September 1st and beyond confusion on the AWOL rule policy they have here, I highly recommend this shelter to any homeless active duty veterans in Franklin county.

Great place to start getting your life back on track. When you're finally tired of being tired. And you want to rejoin the world. Have a home. Work. Be productive. The VOA on Harmon is a great place to start grtting your life back soldier, seaman, airman, marine.
