This place is wonderful! They were so kind to get my daughter in for a short notice eye emergency. On top of that, they were thorough, patient and very knowledgeable. Dr. Vetter was extremely comforting. We will definitely be dedicated patients going forward! I can't thank them enough for getting us in! Highly recommend this place!

The staff at Vision One are so helpful! I brought in an outside prescription because they had a better selection of frames than my regular optometrist. Suzie spent a lot of time with me, suggesting frames that might work, and telling me when a particular choice was unflattering. After I picked up the glasses, I kept seeing double and my eyes never adjusted. I took them back in and they checked my prescription and also my old glasses, and Dr. Beals also checked everything even though she didn't write the prescription. It turned out there was a mistake in the prescription so I had to go back to my optometrist to get it changed. When the new glasses came in, Dr. Beals and the staff checked them again and made sure they were right. All at no extra charge! I highly recommend Vision One for their individualized attention and commitment to getting it right.

I have received eye exams for myself and children here for the last 5 years. Dr Beals is excellent and provides comprehensive care. I have very much enjoyed the staff who are knowledgeable about their frame inventory and are very helpful in choosing just the right frames for our faces and personal styles. The staff are very pleasant and personable and I highly recommend this office for eye care services and frames.
