I have known Dr. Vadhi for a few years now. She is compassionate and very skilled at what she does. She is very detailed oriented.

It’s been years since I’ve gone to this office but I just went to a new dentist and realized how poorly this office handles things. I was extremely misled and upset when I got Invisalign from this office. The ONLY reason I signed up for it was because she said she would do rubber bands to help with my TMJ. Once I signed the contract Dr Vadhi pretended like she never said that and refused to help me with any jaw issues. Come to find out, it’s abnormal for dentist offices to do any jaw alignment with Invisalign and it’s best practice to send those patients to an orthodontist at that point since they’re specialists. Furthermore, I have a chipped front tooth that I’ve had since I was 7. The chip doesn’t bother me and I didn’t care to have it fixed. They reassured me I would “love my smile” after Invisalign & they’d fix my chip. I was CLEAR I didn’t mind the chip. They were insistent about fixing it & then tried to charge me $300 for it never disclosing it would cost me anything seeing as I never asked for it nor did I want it fixed. I was not happy when the Invisalign was completed and they would not work with me to continue treatment. I got reassessed by my new dentist and they said I will need 6-8 more months of Invisalign to fix the parts of my smile I am still unhappy with and it will cost another $2,000 on top of the $5,000 I spent at this office. All for my jaw issues to STILL be a problem. This office is money hungry, dishonest, and will encourage you to do services you DO NOT NEED.

Dr. Urell was my dentist many years ago. He did such a good job on my semi-permanent dental work that even my current dentist wondered who my previous dentist was. If I ever move back I would choose Dr. Urell again as my dentist. Thank you for doing such a good job! I greatly appreciate you.

I’m very impressed about their services, their professionalism is top notch👌🏻. They properly examined my tooth and gave me the best treatment that feels like it’s gonna last a lifetime. My root nerves and fillings were messed up badly but they fixed it. I’m so happy I don’t have to worry about my tooth anymore. The mood swings and pains are over now. Thank you Vadhi Ohio Family Dental. I’m glad my wife referred me to this place. It’s the best place for all dental problems. It’s a private dental clinic so their quality of services matters most than your money.

People working here are irresponsible, reckless, rude and irresponsible. Never reached me out and send the remaing balanct to collections. Billing department is terrible over charging the customer. I am very disappointed with the service.

Went back to my old dentist after they could accept my insurance company. I had been told that I had a cavity and that one of the fillings they had done had fallen out by Dr Vadhi. She found one thing after another which I doubted at the time. Including doing a new cap. Fortunately the new xrays showed no cavities.

They do good dental work but are terrible at billing. They will not notify you of balances until you arrive in office and ambush you with it when you come in for routine cleanings. Tired of the back and forth of being told I owe nothing and then coming in and being told I owe 150$ on top of the last payment.
