I’ve been going to this dojo for practically my whole life (and my brother went here) to the point I consider it a second home. If you are in Columbus and want to start a martial arts career no matter how old you are, this is by far the best dojo to go to. Everything you learn is taught throughly and you can apply what you learn to other things in life. Every student is kind and welcoming, and the strength training program is absolutely amazing. I love coming to class and it’s a great sport to do for your mind and for your body. The friendships and experiences you get here can’t be found anywhere else!!
My wife and I started taking our five year old daughter here a few months ago and it’s been a great experience! The Sensai is so good with kids and encourages everyone to treat each other with respect. Our daughter is shy and he’s been so great at making her feel comfortable. We’ve noticed an increase in her confidence and she loves going to karate now!
