My dog has several ongoing medical issues. So, we are at the vet monthly! I'm very grateful to Dr. Hereda and all the other doctors and staff at Upper Arlington Vet Hospital for their kindness and willingness to talk about his treatment and work with me on what is best for him. Between them and his physical therapy doc at MedVet, I feel like he is in the best hands!
Dr Joanna Parson and Dr Adam Parson are very knowledgeable, caring, and take timely actions. They have really good connection with various specialists at Medvet and elsewhere for complex cases. Their staff seem quite happy and really take good care of the pet. The hospital environment is very welcoming and pleasant. I love this hospital.
The absolute best veterinary practice! The staff and care is impeccable. We have been taking our animals here for about the last 15 years and even before the current and beautiful state of the art facility. If you want a caring vet that provides gold standard care, it is here. I cannot say enough positive things about the kindness, and competence shown to myself, my husband, and our beloved pets. They have helped us navigate some tough health issues with our dogs. The staff thoroughly answers questions, takes his/her time with you, and at times even sits on the floor with your pet so they feel more comfortable.
