I was in desperate need of getting the AC unit back up and running after the furnace had been stuck by lightning, no other place in town would sell parts to the general public stating that"you have to be a repair facility to buy parts". I stumble on to Brian that works here and within a couple minutes he verified I was in fact licensed to handle refrigerant and ordered my parts for next day. 4 days without AC in 85 plus degree weather is uncomfortable but he pulled through for us and my family can thank you enough.
