I went here with my wife probably won't go her much because they make you join there loyal program and make give them your number too do returns even if you have a receipt. The staff is helpful
The merchandise is good quality like all other locations. I’m not a huge fan of the staff. Everyone is too rushed and in their own lane.
I had a conversation with “The Clinique Girl.” She visibly cringed when I told her my face routine and disgusted by the care I was taking of my face. I didn’t enjoy that feeling when I was there to specifically request help bettering my routine.
5 star experience at Ulta Polaris ? The store is very organized and clean as well as the salon area. I got my hair done last week. Ryan was my stylist and she really did a fantastic job!! She gave me hair care tips, product recommendations and she’s the nicest stylist I’ve ever met. I recommended her immediately to my coworkers! Also, it wasn’t so hard to get an appointment, their system is very convenient and works well!!
