Both of my boys started training at the Dublin location ages 8 and 10. It has been a great investment to support both of their sports. The coaches make training so fun they don’t even realize how hard they are working. They look forward to coming and their confidence in their abilities and strength is already growing.

I joined The Spot in November, and am surprised at how much I’ve enjoyed it. I’d never done any weightlifting previously and was extremely intimidated by the thought of joining the small group training sessions, but everyone from the community to the coaches has been wonderful. I’ve primarily worked with Anna and Billy, and both are fantastic at providing support, motivation, and alternate exercises as needed. 10/10 would recommend checking it out :)

2026 update! After 4 years I continue to love my time at The Spot Athletics. Billy and Levi continue to set a high bar for the coaching staff as they bring on new talent, like Anna, but keep the community feel that makes this place so special!
