I received fantastic service from Niecy for a silk press. She provided top notch customer service. Attentive to my needs and was interested in the health of my hair. The shampoo/conditioner was phenomenal and soothing. I will definitely return and the shop staff was courteous too.

My hair needed some TLC! I was a new client. I received a nice trim, wash, and rollerset. A confirmation/reminder text for your appointment is sent the day before. It outlines covid precautions, parking information, and payment methods. My appointment was with Dominique. Parking: There's parking across the street. Free. Semi- busy street to cross during OSU game days. Ambience: a really nice hair salon! There's a TV, many washing stations, and drying stations. Service: very good service. Dominique only asked a few questions about my hair and the style I wanted and she took it from there. Quality: great quality. My hair felt and still feels revitalized. Covid precautions: face mask during appointment. The staff also cleans thoroughly (lots of Lysol use). Price: $$ Look forward to going back!

Love this place!!! And to think it is right next door to my favorite dive bar,Dick's Den, and I never noticed it until this year. Just north of campus. Street parking or across the way in strip mall (shop can provide parking passes). Great to be able to support black female run business and one that is so deserving. Friendly, easy and comfortable environment. The stylists are competent, nice and reasonably priced. Love my girl. Always on time and does a GREAT job twisting my hair. I have been several times and consider myself a regular now. COVID-19 precautions taken. Need to make Appointment; wear masks, chairs spread out, limited number of clientele at one time, not all services provided & constant sanitizing. Will require sign in upon arrival.
