Butcher shop is a girl’s girl. I love that they have childcare (at rates so low they have to be doing it to support parents!) and they’re flexible with classes when pregnancy kicks your butt. For those reasons, this is basically the only workout I’ve kept up with in this season of life.
I’ve been going to this studio for about a year now , between their German Village and Open Air locations , and honestly, there’s a reason classes sell out so fast. This is Lagree (mega reformer Pilates), and even the beginner sessions will push you in the best way possible. I love it here. The trainers are all fantastic, but my favorites are Emily (early mornings!), Brigid, and Erika. Highly recommend if you’re serious about getting stronger and loving the burn.🔥
Took my first class ever and it exceeded expectations across the board! The music was great and our instructor, Mona, was really great. She took the time to show me how the reformer worked before class started and gave great advice on helping me through my first class. Everyone should take her class if you get the chance! 5 stars!!!
