I have ordered from TBear 3 times. This first time was for my aunt's funeral and the basket was beautiful. So when my cousin died, I chose Tbears again. The same arrangement was ordered. Instead of a tall sweeping basket of flowers, my cousin received a short round basket of flowers. It had the required flowers but poorly designed. That being said I used them one more time since a friend of my aunt died and saw a beautiful arrangement on their website. The arrangement that was delivered did not have the same flowers, look like the arrangement was tossed together, and not tall. My flower arrangement I received was beautiful and in a beautiful vase. I was so pleased when I received this arrangement. The flowers were fresh and beautiful colors. To my delight they lasted for about three weeks.

I had some flowers sent to my wife at work and was glad the flowers go there before she left. Thank God because she was about to sign out! The quality and condition of arrangement was small for a premium price, that did not look like the picture of course. Some were even turning yellow. I am very disappointed because of course she noticed some flowers missing from stems therefore made me upset. Have to do better and I wanted to get something nice to my beautiful wife but I got taken. And everyone at work saw them smh.
