Sera...HBIC... was amazing!!!! She made my daughter's feel so special! She had fun with them, made them feel comfortable and really listened. The whole experience from beginning to end was magical! I brought my daughter and her friends here a little over a week ago and I just wanted to come here and say they are amazing! They did the sweetest braids and makeup on the girls and I’ve never seen them so happy before. Thank you!Services: Hairstyling

We booked a birthday party for our 6 year old daughter. At the end of the day she and her friends had a blast. That is really what counts, but I cannot say it was my favorite ever. I could, and thought about a lower rating but the fun the girls had were really the importance. The staff were friendly but not overly peppy to keep the girls entertained. The store could use some sprucing up. The cake rooms were quite small unless you have a small party. We had 12 girls and it was tight. I am also not trying to put them on blast because I know it is tough to hire and keep employees right now, so the fact that there were plenty of staff to do the hair and makeup was a bonus.... read full review
