Kristina is so professional and clean. Her work is BOMB!! I have been to a couple estheticians and she is by far the best. I’m very particular on cleanisness and professionalism and she had both down pact! I highly recommend! I got so many compliments on my lashes and brows!Services: Waxing

I am writing this as an update to my original post as I feel the need to stand by my original review as someone well-versed in customer service. The interaction that Kris has described is not what actually transpired. I understand family emergencies do come up - I did not "call her repeatedly" and while I did contact her on Mother's Day, I did not expect her to respond that day. Additionally, when she told me her family member was ill, I told her that I hoped she got better. I was understanding in the need to cancel my appointment - even though it was a very short notice (which I understand was not preventable). As I mentioned, I also have worked in customer service for quite some time and so I understand the need for flexibility in one's job when urgent matters arise - however, in all of my training, I have always been taught that the customer is always right and to treat them with respect. In my opinion, that is not what happened with me. I had not used Groupon before and was unfamiliar with Kris' website and the whole process of booking through that site. Her responses to me, albeit in a time that I'm sure was very stressful for her, were unprofessional. I am saddened and disheartened that I have to justify my review because I am again feeling attacked by merely describing my encounter with this business.
