Sherrie is an absolute artist and it shows in her work. People have asked if they are decals and are amazed when I tell them she hand paints it all.

Got curly hair? Hard to cut? Get Wendy Neff to cut yours too. I'm never disappointed when she is done. She does marvelous work on all types of hair. Colors, and styles.
