I can walk like a person again!
I had acute foot and ankle pain for nearly 4 years and I just hobbled around all the time. I got some temporary relief by going to orthopedic doctors but they kind of wrote off my concerns. I was at the point where I was considering surgery, and decided to consult with Eryn Simon before taking that drastic route.
Eryn's carefully thought-out exercise plans have not only helped me to decrease and manage the pain I've experienced for years, but have also helped me to strengthen my lower body to the point that I can walk like a person again! My decision to work with Eryn was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health. From my very first visit, she was invested in not only helping me to work through recurring foot injuries I had been dealing with, but also in creating an active lifestyle and reaching my fitness goals.

Five stars is not enough! Dr. Simon (Eryn) was a delight to work with. Being a health care professional myself I know how difficult it is to put it all together for a good patient experience. And I expect that in my experiences as a patient.
She did it all from our first email contact to her follow up recommendations she was thorough and passionate about her field and her exam and diagnosis. Her desire to work to resolve my wife and my concerns was evident by her effort to thoroughly evaluate our feet, ankles, knees, hips and back. More than once she was down on the floor on her hands and knees with her eyes at floor level to see and diagnose our situation.
