I can't even begin to say how absolutely wonderful everyone at this Karl Road location has been. I felt so lost when I had to set up my loved ones funeral, but everybody here really knows their stuff, and they were so helpful and caring... like for real caring. Everything turned out perfectly, and everything I had to do got done smoothly. I wish I could send the whole current team ALL of the love. They definitely have any future business I may have.

This place makes you feel at home soon after entering. Didn't see any of the funeral workers but that was fine because my husband and I followed the colors of Scarlet and Grey to know exactly what room to go in. You guys know how to make our loved ones and friends look the best they have looked in a while. We enjoy the cleanliness of every room. Keep up the great work that you have done for families for many years now and looking forward to using you for our needs in the future.
