My husband and I bought a house in Clintonville and the roof is 5 years old. We recently had a leak and we were over the 5 year warranty. I called and left a message for the owner Tony. He had excellent customer service and speedy response. He called me back that same day can came out the next day to fix the roof. I was so thankful for his speedy friendly response and service. I will continue to work with him and the new company Highland Exteriors!

Recently we moved into a new home. The home we bought was a bit of a fixer-upper . We were looking for quality work but reasonably priced. Jeff and his team were able to replace our underground drain lines, put on new gutters, and replace the facia. . There was also some rotten trim behind the gutters and they were able to change it out . We just had them pour us a new driveway. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend them for any of your exteriors need for your home.

I actually had a full roof replacement done today 2/15/23. This started 4 months ago. Scarlet Exteriors fought n fought with my insurance company until they got a full replacement approved. I was kept in the loop the whole time. They know the laws and each time my insurance company came up with a reason they wouldn't approve a full replacement, Scarlet Exteriors came back at them. Finally, after 4 months, fully approved replacement. Work day. The crew was on time, the QC guy, Sean, explained everything to me when they showed up, gave me his card and said if I had any questions or concerns to call him.
