I called and Chris from Roto-Rooter was here in less than 30 minutes. He completely fixed the clog in the kitchen sink, cleaned up and checked all the pipes in the basement to make sure there was no water leaking. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Roto Rooter identified the issue of my obstructed perimeter drainage with a mechanical snake and a cable camera. They also determined where the line was functioning with no need of digging or repairs in that area.
Knowing where my issues are allowed me to move ahead with fixing the locations of the compressed 3" PVC line and get it back to operability.
It was just after midnight and I reached out to Roto-Rooter after developing a leak when removing and replacing a new shower kit. I had removed the original Delta Valve body attempted to replace with the new Kohler Kit. I had leaks coming from the new connections I made with the new shark bit fittings. I reached out to Roto-Rooter to see if they could help since I had to turn my water off to the house and now this was more of an emergency since my family was going to be home and they needed water.
