Had a wonderful experience with Donovan at Rite Rug! He helped me quickly find exactly what I was looking for, worked with my schedule, and delivered exceptionally! The installation crew was on time and efficient! Highly recommend this team!!
Nikki, the sales person was extremely patient with my sister and I as we looked at various flooring samples and even changed our mind later. The installers were on time and did an excellent job. We had to wait on a transition piece, but it came in and the installer was once again pleasant, professional and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend Rite Rug without reservation to do an excellent job for you.
Would highly recommend Rite Rug in Grandview! Worked with Donovan who we initially met at the Home & Garden show. Within one week we met him at the store showroom, took samples home, selected our carpet, Donovan came out personally to give us a quote, and had the carpet installed two days later. He had the best communication throughout the entire process and never once made us feel pressured. He was so kind, knowledgable, and also followed up immediately after the installation to ensure we were satisfied. We will 100% be working with him again when it’s time to do our 2nd floor carpets! Thanks Donovan for the remarkable customer service
