Installation was great. Hoses did a great job after he got here. My problem was I was contacted @ 6:55am that he would be here in 1/2 hr. After waiting for an hour called and was told he would be here in an hour. Didn't arrive until 1:30-2:00pm other than that everything was great.

Great experience! Very efficient, great communication. I received 4 different quotes from various carpet stores in the area and RiteRug was very competitive price wise. The difference maker was the quality of the carpet and the straightforward pricing. Donavan was very helpful and responded super quick. We would definitely use them again!!
