Comfortable, welcoming, and safe environment! I really like that they have yoga practice at this office and a wide-range of therapy options. I did not take any of the yoga classes but I do incorporate yoga in my treatment, so it could be a great way to try it out.Starting therapy can be difficult because there are so many different types of therapies, and finding the right therapist can be challenging at times. That's another reason I like how they structured this practice. Cassie is a great yogi! She reminds me to practice healthfully, and with gratitude. Love her addition of music playlists to keep us motivated and not take ourselves too seriously. I always leave her classes feeling good... no matter how bad I felt going in.
