The downspout to drain water from the gutters to the curb turned out to have some blockage in it. The men used a camera to examine the internal state of the downspout and found a significant of leaves that mostly blocked rain water from reaching the curb. After removal of the leaves, water from the gutter flows to the curb unimpeded.

The techs were very friendly and outgoing. We had a sink to install but the hardware and instructions in the box were not for the sink in the box. Dan and his team were very understanding and empathic. When some companies might reschedule once you get the right items for the job, especially on a Friday afternoon, Dan went above and beyond to get us a sink and garbage disposal that would work and installed them that same day. I highly recommend Dan and his techs.
