Highly recommend! Matt, our service technician, has been coming here for years and is excellent. He is highly skilled and very personable. We have a Service Agreement with Quality Air. Whenever we have needed them, they are quick to respond and address any issues. Our system is 25 years old and I credit Matt and the Quality Air team for this success. Today, we got the news that it is time for a new system. I have no doubt we will be impressed with the new install. Thank you, Matt and Quality Air, for always taking great care of us. ❤️
Mandy (scheduler) was friendly and professional. Matt (the technician) did a phenomenal job. First class operation. Verified heat exchanger was functioning properly and checked out entire system. We will sleep better tonight!
I would recommend Quality Air over any other HVAC company we have worked with! We recently had a new furnace installed by them, and prior to that we had various companies service it for issues over the last 2 years and were not confident in the skill of the technicians that were here. Quality Air was great- we never felt like they were trying to oversell to us, were prompt and professional! Lidio was especially helpful and the other technician who was here was also very kind and professional. We're glad we went with Quality Air this time!
