We recently bought a home and they did the inspection on our home. Our furnace had to be finish being installed the weekend we moved by a company we had to pay. Our dishwasher is not mounted to cabinets and can fall out of location. Floors are not in best shape either. All this should’ve been pointed out. I understand the gas was off to furnace but they could’ve called the gas company to turn it on for the day to check it. Still finding issues daily to our little home. This was the second home we had inspected by them but the first fell through because of seller backing out.
