Habitation Investigation Home Inspections was recommended our realtor. They were able to accommodate us within a few days of the initial call and provided great communication leading up to the appointment. Brad was very thorough and did a great job of giving us a detailed rundown (much appreciated as first time home buyers!). He did a final walkthrough and pointed out basically everything that he put in the report, and even answered the random questions we had (specifically regarding rain barrels and radon). Overall, it was a great experience with Brad and I would recommend these inspectors

Leaving this review specifically for the above-and-beyond service by Drew. In addition to a thorough inspection report, he supported with follow up guidance to ensure we made the right choices with our home repairs.
