I really like this salon & working with Gretchen! The salon is cozy and has the most comfortable shampoo bowls & because it’s low tox, it doesn’t have all the chemical smells you get at some salons. Gretchen takes her time to listen to your needs and cares about giving you what you want! I’ve really enjoyed my appointments.

I found Polite Society Hair Salon through a Google search because I was looking for somewhere new, and I’m so thankful I did. I sent an email asking for a recommendation, and the response I received was genuine, thoughtful, and kind. I was given a few names to consider, checked out Instagram, and decided to book with Jill.
From the moment I walked in, I knew I had found something special. The salon is cozy, welcoming, warm, and comfortable — the kind of place that immediately puts you at ease and Jill is simply wonderful! I knew I wanted to make a big change and cut my longer hair, so I completely trusted her vision. WOW! I LOVE my hair!
The entire appointment felt relaxing, easy, and enjoyable. Jill has such a calm confidence about her, and you can tell how much she truly cares about her clients. She wants people to leave feeling beautiful, confident, and cared for, and that absolutely comes through in her work.
I honestly cannot wait for my next appointment, which is already booked. I have never left a salon with my next visit already scheduled, so that says everything about how amazing this experience was. I’m beyond happy I found Polite Society and Jill.

Gretchen is the best! She is thoughtful, accommodating, has good attention to detail and more than willing to work with you on your hair goals.
