Pierce has been a Columbus institution for almost a century, and their success is well deserved. As a millennial who doesn’t wear suits I don’t have a lot of call for dry cleaning, but I recently used their wash and fold service. I dropped off my laundry at around 7 am and it was ready for pick up by 12:30 pm. You can’t beat that for service, and their staff is friendly and polite.

They are awesome. I would definitely go back. They are fast and do a great job. Top quality. When I went to go pick up my daughter's Christening gown and other items, I later looked at the receipt and saw what I thought was a double charge, because it had the same description twice on the receipt. They immediately gave me almost an entire refund to make up for it. Long story short and come to find out, there was no mistake made on their part. Everything was charged accordingly.
