Brought my 3 wood that I had fitted for me last year into the shop for a warranty replacement/repair.
Took longer than initially was quoted on turn around time but the gm Tammy made sure I was taken care of.

Aidan, Rich and Steve do an exceptional job of leading with the customer. Each of them showed knowledge in their domain. After a club repair wasn't completed successfully by the staff initially, all three of them played a hand in ensuring the club was repaired to the original specs. These three turned a one-star experience back around to a five with their attention to detail and willingness to quickly and purposefully rectify the situation. I appreciate their time and effort and would encourage you to check out the store.

I was looking for a new 3 Wood, Rob helped me out tonight and was super patient and helpful with all of my questions, helping me test out different options, different shafts , etc. I feel super confident and am very satisfied with my experience. I will look for his help there again the next time i am looking for a new club.
