Very nice place that is a impressive location with alot of space and a view from the lobby. We were happy to see the report from the extra activity for personal time we added. The kennels looked nice and well kept. It costs a bit more than some places but our dog was safe, happy and spoiled

Went there to purchase some turtles and accessories. The cage was purchased online and was waiting at the front desk. The associates gave great insite on what else we needed because we forgot a few things we needed for the turtles. Thanks!

We’ve used Pet Palace for over a decade and they have been absolutely wonderful to our pack. They treat our pups like their own family and keep us posted if anything comes up during visits. Our elderly guy Walter can’t get around as well anymore and they make sure he has anti-slip mats and is comfortable during his stays. When our tripod, Lucy started to slow down, they also took extra steps to ensure her comfort. The people are friendly and kind and I never worry about our dogs whenever we take them there. Thank you for caring for all of our fur-kids, and for your kindness and love when we lost Lucy in 2024.
