They get you in and out really quick. I was the only person there. But still very accommodating and helping with my problem. No one here in Columbus would even touch my nose and they were able to take out the stitches for me. I did come in with pain from my poodle head butting me. But I was able to take cold water from the water dispenser and a Kleenex and the coldness helped a lot. ⚠UPDATE: I had my stitches pulled out here and it left my nose in more pain than when I came in. My nose is red and puffy and where the stitches were pulled out is turning purple. I’m in so much pain right now. When I had my other stitches come out it wasn’t at all this painful and this lady was pulling with so much force. I would not recommend this place.

I was happy they were able to see me for a same day appointment. They were prompt in diagnosing what was wrong and they did all of this in less than an hour.

I've gone here a handful of times and I would go back. I always leave feeling better. They address the immediate issue and set you up with a specialist to review what happened later on. It's a perfect urgent care. I've gone for burns colds and anxiety when it would take too long to get into my GP and for each thing, different as they are, they never disappointed me. They listen very well, check things over, I'm very happy they are so close because I would absolutely go back if I felt I needed it.

Going to this urgent care for a minor illness requiring further testing was a pleasant experience. Everyone was polite and helpful, I was seen very quickly, and the medical professional on staff was thorough and answered all of my questions.

I went there with my 3-year-old son after he fell and hit near his eye, which became swollen. The doctor we saw was new and mentioned that she had never treated this type of injury before. She tried to contact her manager for guidance but was unable to reach them. She briefly examined my son but seemed unsure how to proceed, so she referred us to the emergency room at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. About a month later, I received a bill from them just for the visit and the referral to the emergency room.

Went there yesterday, power went out while we were sitting in the waiting room. They asked us to come back but i took an uber clear across town with my daughter and it doesn’t take computers to check out her foot. So they decided to see her.. I explained that it appeared that she had been having pain on her foot because she stepped on something months ago and it was bothering her but now it’s blistering up and appears that something is in there trying to make its way out. The doctor took pictures and said it appears to be a wart even though pus is seeping out of it. I ask could she just sanitize it and take the thing out because it’s not a wart. She was insistent that it was a wart and told me to see a dermatologist or foot doctor. Even told my daughter to avoid pedicures and told us another patient got a pedicure and toe got infected as if that was relevant at all !! She put some neosporin on it. Told me she would treat the infection with antibiotic prescriptions both oral and topical, slapped a bandaid on it and sent us away. I knew this was a waste of time and the staff already appeared annoyed when I still wanted my daughter to be seen.
I came home made my daughter soak her foot (which was the most helpful advice she gave) to clean it. The I proceeded to do what the doctor refused to which was poke a bigger whole and squeeze the thing out… an entire half a needle slid out my child’s foot!!!! As if they couldn’t do it on their own. I’m not even a doctor.. when I asked the doctor to do it she said it would hurt, it would take her out of track (my daughter runs) and it could get infected and spread. Like LADY if you don’t want to do it just emphasize that instead of fabricating all these lies! What a scam.. they don’t seem to truly care about people if they can’t document to get paid… it’s like “I know your child’s foot might fall off but sorry we can’t get in our system so we’ll see her just to satisfy your need to be seen.. but won’t actually do anything”

What's the point of making an appointment if they are still going to make you wait for an hour to see a doctor? If it had been busy I would have understood - but I was literally one of only two people in the waiting room. If you can't provide Urgent care to 2 people within an hour, you have time management or staffing issues. Will not be returning

Great care and fast! My daughter was bit by a squirrel……yes bit by a squirrel……her finger was torn up and bleeding, we were seen quickly.
Billing: we had some issues with billing but because of the amazing billing department issues were resolved quickly as well! Thank you Allison and Angie for being so kind.

When my doctor left for maternity leave. They did not reassign me a new doctor and the doctors that I tried to schedule with were booked out for months. I finally ended up scheduling with a doctor. And when I got there, he refused to treat me. These people are clowns and unprofessional.
