I've had all positive experiences with my blood lab work done at UA location. I drive an hour to get there and from the minute you walk into door greeted and helped immediately at registration. Blood lab was quick and efficient and polite. My only suggestion is to remove the 2 chairs right next to blood lab window. A woman was sitting right smack dab in the middle of your exchange of info with the lab workers ..not employee fault.just please move the chair immediately in front of check in window for privacy . I appreciate this lab is open Saturday til noon for those of us Monday thru Friday employed individuals.

I had an excellent experience at this lab. I am post transplant, so my blood is drawn on an extremely regular basis. The staff were extremely proficient, I waited less than 10 minutes for my blood draw, and the phlebotomist was very kind and listened to my recommendations regarding my veins and which were easiest to hit. I am saddened that others didn't have the excellent experience I had, but I will use this lab every time I need outpatient laboratory.

Had a really positive experience there today. Quick, clean, freindly and no fuss. They'll get you in and out. I had a slightly full waiting room and only had to wait 10 mins for a blood draw. Thank you!
