Dr Fleming is the best ENT in Ohio. He is very professional, understanding, caring and listens, not like other doctors who don't care and make assumptions. He is one of the very few doctors who don't treat medicine as a business. I won't use any other ENT specialist.
Al was friendly and prompt. He provided a good explanation of some options I have regarding my ear issues. Was a little nervous since my previous doctor had retired but everything went great.
Easy and efficient check in, and just a short wait to get into one of Dr. Fleming's patient rooms. I was in the office today for my annual check up and wax cleaning. Professional examination. Dr. Fleming indicated that the interior of both ears are in excellent condition. We scheduled my 2027 annual check up and I was out of the office within 30 minutes of checking in.
