Katelin and Dr. Min took exceptional care of me during my visit. As it was my first time getting glasses, they were incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciated their kindness and expertise. Highly recommend!

On the other hand, whoever the manager is, maybe her name is Katie, (unsure) however, we are talking about the W. Henderson location. Needless to say, the manager is atrocious! She is quite rude in fact! I have spoken with her on the phone and she was off putting, and I have seen and dealt with her in person and she was even worse, wow! This place is fantastic! First of all, a fantastic and varied selection. And the opticians are so courteous and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Katie who was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond from start to finish!
