Management is rude and emotionally disconnected from humanity, workers are all exhausted and overworked (if they bother to work at all), and in the event that one of their customers is acting vile towards an employee, the employee will be the one to get in trouble.Some businessmen missed the window during The Great Depression, but it's not too late for these folks to take the plunge; and this company is definitely not one that should have made it to the modern age.1-Star, do better, be better, or go bankrupt.
