    I have had Mike do my taxes for the last six years and I never had an issue. But my 2021 taxes had an issue with the state, and I have tried to contact the service via phone and email numerous times. I have even spoke to people in the office and have not received a return call. It seems like he was happy to take my money when everything is fine, but once there was an issue he kicked me to the curb.Craig W.
