Although my family has not experienced the billing and aftermath that could cause this review to change (per the other reviews), I'm here to comment on my mother's treatment. My mom went in for a some basic concerning ailments (dizziness, nausea). The staff at Mt. Carmel East reviewed her information and performed a variety of tests. They concluded that she needed to be seen by the cardiac unit. In an effort to protect her privacy, I will just say they were thorough, kind, funny and every single person from specialists, PT, OT and especially the nurses treated her with dignity, kindness and compassion. I went to this facility on 09/21/2021 for a swallow study test and everybody here was just wonderful. Since I have chronic medical issues, it was a godsent to come across people who care about their job and how they handle the public. I would definitely recommend coming here which I don't say too often so props to them. Keep up the good work and I hope all y'all have a good experience, too. Thankyou for reading this peeps and always remember to stay humble and kind. ??
