I regularly get massages in the Columbus area and without a doubt, I have found a great masseuses in Rachel O. Since starting to go to her almost 18 months ago, I haven't been willing to go to anyone else for massages. Rachel is very thorough and checks in throughout the massage to make sure you're comfortable and that she's using the correct amount of pressure. I find her to be pleasant and flexible when it comes to scheduling. Her space is clean and she is taking all possible sanitation measures very seriously. I've had a few favorites when it comes to massage therapy specifically DEEP tissue and Rachel is fantastic! She is always professional, her room is clean. She is able to give a deep tissue therapeutic massage that helps me feel better days after leaving. I drive alot and have issues on one leg with my hip and knee, Rachel is able to get deep into the hip and relieve the tightness. I've sent friends to her and they all buy packages after only one massage with her-- she's fab!

My 95 year old mother loved her one hour therapeutic massage. It gently helped her with her back and hip pain. She mentioned hand and feet circulation and was given special attention that felt very good. Thank you Mindful Moments for helping my mother.
