I have had a few jobs completed by Miller Ranney. Scheduling was easy and Stephanie gets a thorough understanding of the job so the plumbers come prepared, no surprises. Our shower valve broke overnight and I was stuck with running water or shutting off water to our entire home. I called a few plumbers and no one could get me in for over a week but one of them recommend I try Miller Ranney. The office was as kind as could be and said she would send someone out right away. Adam arrived within 45 min and was able to fix the problem but replacing the cartridge in less than 15 min. He also gave me an honest opinion about some work another Plumbing co tried to upsell us on that he said wasn’t needed. Thank you, Adam and Miller Ranney for turning my day around! From the welcoming sound of Stephanie’s voice on the phone, to the professionalism of Cody who has installed a hot water heater and sump pump at my house this year. They are outstanding! Stephanie goes above and beyond to be helpful in every way possible. Cody has been professional, arrived efficiently, explaining details well & works efficiently & quietly.
